RSSOSA Election Announcement
We are pleased to announce the upcoming RSSOSA elections! Here are the details:
1. Nomination Forms: Interested candidates can obtain nomination forms at the RSSOSA Secretariat for a non-refundable fee of N20,000 for the position of President and N10,000 for other offices.
2. Submission Deadline: Completed nomination forms must be filled and returned on or before 16th August, 2024.
3. Screening Process: The Electoral Committee will conduct the screening of candidates from 19th August to 23rd August, 2024.
4. Announcement of Successful Candidates: The names of successful candidates will be posted on RSSOSA social media platforms.
5. Eligibility Criteria:
i. Candidates must have spent at least one academic session in the school.
ii. Candidates must be financial members of their class set up to date, including the election year.
iii. Candidates must not have any criminal convictions.
iv. Candidates must be sponsored by five financial members of any class set, with the nomination form endorsed by the aspirant’s Class Set Governor.

7. Election Dates: The election will be held from 20th September to 22nd September, 2024.
Online Voting: Online voting will be open from 12pm on Friday, 20th September to 12pm on Sunday, 22nd September, 2024 (48 hours).
