Born to the respected family of Alhaji and Alhaja Adigun, Dr. Olaosebikan began his academic journey in Lagos, Nigeria, where he completed his elementary education. He proceeded to Remo Secondary School, Sagamu, graduating with the 2002/2008 class set. Driven by a thirst for knowledge and excellence, he furthered his education at Fountain University, Osogbo, one of Nigeria’s leading Islamic institutions, earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
His academic pursuits took him abroad, where he obtained further qualifications from the University of Northampton, United Kingdom, and later earned his Ph.D. in Accounting and Finance from the prestigious American Trinity University, California.
A proud native of Igbaja in Ifelodun Local Government Area, Kwara State, Dr. Adigun has consistently demonstrated what it means to be a courageous and strategic leader. His philosophy of managerial courage centers around confronting challenges head-on, surrounding oneself with the right people, making tough decisions, and taking full responsibility for them.
Professionally, Dr. Adigun holds memberships with several prestigious bodies, including the Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria (ISMN), the Chartered Institute of Leadership and Governance (USA), and the Institute of Professional Financial Managers, London (IPFM).
Currently serving as the General Manager of Albarka FM, Dr. Adigun made history as the youngest individual to assume this role in Kwara State. His tenure has been marked by innovation and dedication, earning Albarka FM the Best and Most Educative Station of the Year 2019, a first in its history. He is widely recognized for his selfless service, visionary leadership, and commitment to human capital development and community upliftment.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Dr. Adigun is a man of vibrant personality and deep-rooted values. His favorite meal is rice, and he enjoys playing football. A lover of white and blue, his personal mantra “Success is a misery to those who do not understand the process” — reflects his belief in perseverance and purpose.
His fond memories of student life include being Block 2 Boys Hostel Leader, participating in hostel inter-block competitions, Saturday jogging, and the traditional Sunday Night Rice. His favorite teacher was Alhaji Olowolagba, and his best subjects were Accounting and Mathematics. He holds dear friendships with Sunkanmi Ogunowo and the late Kazeem Adeitan, of blessed memory.
