This week, we’re excited to feature Mrs. Ngozi Okogbue as our Personality of the Week—a proud alumna of Remo Secondary School, an accomplished fashion designer, and a person whose life story radiates creativity and warmth.

Background and Education
Born on January 12th and hailing from Imo State, Mrs. Ngozi Okogbue has since made Sagamu, Ogun State, her home. She completed her secondary education with the Remo Secondary School Class of 88/93, graduating in 1994. Afterward, she went on to earn a National Diploma, building on the strong foundation established during her time at RSS. School years were filled with memorable moments alongside close friends, particularly her best friend, Bose Bamidele, and the late Mrs. Ologunleko, her favorite teacher, who inspired her deep love for Geography. These formative experiences laid the groundwork for Ngozi’s journey into the world of fashion design.

Career in Fashion Design
Fueled by her passion for creativity, Mrs. Okogbue ventured into fashion, founding her business, Model Apparel. As a fashion designer, she is dedicated to creating unique, stylish designs that reflect her artistic vision and craftsmanship. Model Apparel has become a testament to her commitment to quality and innovation, serving clients who value both style and individuality. Outside of her career, she finds balance and joy in cooking and dancing—hobbies that enrich her life and offer further inspiration.

Values and Personal Favorites
At the heart of Mrs. Okogbue’s life philosophy is the belief in kindness and respect for others. Guided by her favorite motto, "Do to others what you want in return," she is known for her friendly, positive outlook and the strong relationships she builds. Her favorite dish, Amala with Ewedu and stew, brings her comfort and a sense of cultural pride, connecting her to her roots. Describing herself as “a lover of all,” she brings warmth and positivity to everyone she meets, leaving a lasting impression both personally and professionally.
